 How to Produce Silk Screen Laminated Glass 

Using ceramic frit to print graphics through a special screen onto float glass.

Melt colorant into glass surface intempering furnaces and subsequently a silkscreen tempered glass product with qualitiesof non-fading and multi-pattern is manufactured.

Bound one piece of silkscreen tempered and one piece of tempered glass with a PVB interlayer film in dust free merging room.

Put the glass in autoclave press one piece of silkscreen tempered and one piece of tempered glass together permanently and firmly.
