 What Is Gradient Laminated Glass 

Gradient tempered laminated glass is made by two pieces of ultra clear tempered glass, the interlayer printed the required gradient color or image straight onto interlayer PVB or EVA film. Gradient laminated glass is a type of safety glass, will hold together when shattered. And the gradient color make the glass looks more fancy and creative.

 How to Produce Gradient Laminated Glass 

1. Inspection before processing: inspect ultra clear glass, make sure not any defects such as bubble, scratches and spots etc.

2. Cutting: cut float glass into customer's demand size.

3. Edges processing: polish glass edges, make the glass looks beautiful and prevent scratches during installation.

4. Holes and cutouts etc processing: according customer's design, convenient for installtion.

5. Tempering processing: put the glass to tempering furnace, heat glass to melting point and rapid cooling, tempering pocessing change glass tensile stress and make it more stronger and safety.

6. Laminating processing: two pieces of ultra clear tempered glass with a gradient interlayer film bond together permanently.
